HISTORY
The Global Outreach (GO) ministry’s goal is to positively
impact the lives of Christians locally and globally through
effective outreach programs and services.
Under the leadership of Pastors Haman Cross, Jr., and Gregory
Alexander, Rosedale Park Baptist church has been served
in missions locally, nationally and internationally since
1987. Over 150 team members have served in the United States
(Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, New Mexico), Africa (Kenya,
Uganda, South Africa, Ethiopia), South America (Brazil),
Europe (England, Romania), Caribbean (Jamaica, Bahamas)
and Mexico.

PARTNERSHIPS
RPBC’s GO ministry has partnered with several churches
to mobilize their congregations for reaching and serving
the Nations. Partnership teams have been formed with the
following churches:

| GO Women’s
Tea
The GO Women’s multi-cultural tea is an annual
educational and fellowship event to explore the different
roles of women from across the globe and offer an
opportunity to foster cross cultural relationships.
GO 101
Team members have an opportunity to prepare for foreign
service by
attending a one day Symposium on Global Outreach ministry.
The training includes presentations on the Biblical
Basis for Missions, Cross Cultural communication,
Support raising, International travel, Sharing Your
faith, and Documenting your trip.
Gospel Against Aids
A training program to empower communities of faith
to take an active stance in curtailing the spread
of HIV and AIDS by providing on-site
preventive education. |
