Haman Cross Jr. is a down to earth, keep it real, urban pastor who has answered the call to have a global and local impact for Christ. He has been faithful to the call for over three decades and has ministered to hundreds of thousands from every walk of life. His transparency about personal failures and recovery has been a source of hope to thousands. Haman's some times hard hitting and unique style, coupled with a skillful use of humorous anecdotes, allows him to present the word of God in a way that leads people of all ages, races and cultures to a deeper spirituality. Whether pastors, prisoners, athletes, entrepreneurs, paupers or aristocrats Haman's message is consistent: "Grow! Glow! Go!"

Haman has served as senior pastor to a local congregation since 1982. He founded Rosedale Park Baptist Church, which is "the perfect church for imperfect people”. Rosedale features an ongoing very unique ministry reaching the Hip Hop Generation. The ministry features Holy Hip Hop services with Holy Hip Hop music, rappers, & dancers who provide very authentic connections with God. They are enjoying the newly constructed family life center that allowed them to become "a full service church". The church is also becoming cell based “the church without walls” facility home cell groups. As it reaches out locally, and globally it is able to soar as a two winged ministry.

His soul mate and wife Roberta enhances Haman’s vision for his church, community and the continents. God has given them opportunity and grace to serve as a very unique speaking team all over the world. Roberta has been gifted to speak and teach in conferences, churches, retreats & various venues internationally. They have been married for thirty three years and have three adult children, five grandsons and one granddaughter.

Greg Alexander is the co-pastor of Rosedale Park Baptist Church. Over the past twenty years, he has had a long and successful ministry working with youth and adults. He is an effective communicator and teacher of the Word of God. His particular interest is in seeing young men and women disciplined and matured to become leaders in our churches and communities. A graduate of William Tyndale College, he is currently completing his graduate work at the University of Detroit Mercy. In the past he has been a board member of the YMCA, Christian Conciliation Services and the International Christian Education Association and he is currently the board chairman for Pan African Christian Exchange (PACE).
