Computer Training
For residents of Detroit and Highland Park Only:
Focus Hope is offering a free computer training and at the
end of the training, you can purchase a desk top for $50
or a laptop for $75. Dell or HP computers. It is a grant
program to connect residents with the internet and provide
basic computer training.
The grant is funded through September, 2012
Classes are offered: mornings, midday and
evenings
Steps for program
1. Go to 1360 Oakman - Focus Hope between 10 am and 2 pm
- on Monday or Wed. Only
2. Sign up for the orientation for the program
3. They will contact you for the orientation
date
4. Take the course and receive the computer
5. Must show proof of internet service at
your residence before you can get the computer It doesn't
have to be in your name but must be at the same address.
6. Must show proof of residency (Detroit or
Highland Park)
7. One computer per household
Pass the word to residents of Detroit and
Highland Park that need a computer and basic computer skills.

Back on the Radio???
As many of you know by now,
Radio One Detroit has launched an all gospel radio station
called Praise 102.7fm. Since it's launch, the Yuinon has
received several requests encouraging us to get back on
the radio. Just recently Radio One Detroit announced that
they were looking for local talent and would also like suggestions
that could make Praise 102.7fm better; so we submitted a
package with our air checks, bios and history, and now its
up to you! If you would like to hear our show back
on the radio, please call 313.259.4005 between the hours
of 9am-4pm, and tell the receptionist you would
like to leave a suggestion for Praise 102.7fm, and suggest
the Yuinon's Urban Gospel Experience. Below is a YouTube
